The Escambia County Public Works Department maintains the county’s network of roads and stormwater drainage systems including right of way mowing, street sweeping, holding pond mowing and maintenance, sidewalk maintenance, dirt road grading, tree trimming and removal, pot hole patching, ditch cleaning, sign maintenance, and repair/construction of drainage infrastructure. Additionally, this division responds to natural disaster events, prepares dirt roads for paving, resurfaces older rural roads and supports community initiatives such Clean Sweeps. In fiscal year 2015/2016, Pensacola Beach Public Works was welcomed under Escambia County. Please call 850.476.0480 for pickup. PLEASE CALL FOR PICKUP. The Coral Creek HOA Board Of Directors (BOD) have received comments from homeowners/residents within Coral Creek regarding vehicles parked on the streets. The BOD does not have any authority regarding those vehicles parking on the Escambia County managed/maintained public access streets within Coral Creek. It is suggested/recommended homeowners contact the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office (ECSO) traffic unit at 850.436.9360 to report suspected street parking violations/issues. These meetings are announced ahead of time in accordance with the CC&Rs and Florida Statutes. You, as a homeowner, can request a copy of these minutes. Send your request to the Board of Directors email address: bod-cchoa@googlegroups.com along with your Coral Creek property address. The Coral Creek Home Owners Association (CCHOA) cannot enforce any type of action against solicitors within the Coral Creek Community. It is suggested that homeowners post "No Solicitation" signs on a door/window. If solicitors persists advise them of the notice and ask them to leave. The homeowner may contact the management company with the name of the violator, requesting assistance in preventing further incidence. |
