  • Architectural Control Board (ACB)
    The ACB is a separate committee from the Board of Directors but subject to the Board’s control. It is charged by the CC&Rs with the responsibility for prior approval of design of fences, walls, mailboxes, exterior alterations of any nature, and landscaping revisions.
    Your request should be detailed and explicit so the committee can understand what you are seeking. All exterior alteration requests should include a survey of your property with the requested features accurately represented.

    MyHomeSpot is the Coral Creek HOA's management company effective 1 January 2025.

    Please keep in mind, when submitting an ARC please describe IN DETAIL your request. This should include color(s), size, materials, location on lot, and any other pertinent information (refer to your CC&Rs and keep in mind of the lot line requirements). You should also upload the platt of your property and any lot diagram(s) depicting where on the property the changes will be made.

    The more information you provide, the quicker a review/decision can be made by the ACB.
